This is legitimately the best pasta alfredo I've ever had. We're using lemon in three ways to liven up this classic dish. Our version is lemony, cheesy, light, and it's all set off by perfectly roasted broccoli. Come join us!

About the Event
If you love pasta alfredo and lemony things, you need to try this dish. It's a lighter, happier, zippier version of pasta alfredo, and what's even better is that we'll be using the lemon in three ways! The zest and juice will all be used and we're going to caramelize the lemon for something a little extra special. And don't forget the perfectly roasted broccoli that's going to set the whole thing off in the best possible way. This is a perfect weeknight meal that feels like fancy weekend fare.

boil the perfect pasta
compose a creamy alfredo sauce
